Introduction
Capbright first identified Go Hub Capital (formerly known as NSS IT Sdn Bhd) through our IPO course conducted by our CEO, Keng Fai.
Market Opportunity
The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact across multiple industries, with the transportation sector being among the hardest hit. This disruption extended to associated businesses such as Go Hub. As public transport ridership trends upward toward pre-pandemic levels, and with the digital transformation of the transport sector gaining momentum—backed by initiatives from stakeholders like the Malaysian government—Go Hub is well-positioned to capitalize on these developments. Its business model, which earns a percentage of every ticket sold, provides recurring revenue and scalability. Notably, Go Hub is also the only local enterprise IT-SaaS provider serving this niche in Malaysia, giving it a unique competitive advantage.
Strategy and Execution
During the investment period, Capbright supported the Go Hub management team across several strategic and operational initiatives:
-

-

-

-
Contractual Oversight: Conducted high-level reviews of key commercial contracts to ensure they supported Go Hub’s strategic position.
-
Due Diligence Preparation: Introduced and coordinated with the Due Diligence Working Group (DDWG) to streamline the listing process.
-
Investor Relations: Organized investor roadshows and media interviews ahead of the upcoming IPO.
